- Context: The Group is expanding into the renewable energy sector, focusing on solar energy solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
📝 Job Profile (Key Responsibilities)
- Drive the sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets in residential, commercial, and industrial solar segments.
- Understand customer needs and propose appropriate products/solutions.
- Foster long-term relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors, and industry stakeholders.
- Improve sales processes, tools, and methodologies for efficiency.
- Build detailed sales plans with clear quota breakdowns.
- Closely align with customer needs to support upsell & cross-sell growth.
✅ Candidate Profile (Essential Requirements)
- Partly qualification in Sales/Marketing.
- More than 1 year of experience in sales & marketing in the solar or renewable energy industry.
- Strong understanding of solar PV systems, net metering/off-grid systems, and EPC sales cycles.
- Should be below 35 years of age.
- Good communication skills in English and Sinhala (both oral and written).
- Should be a strong Team Player who can deal with multiple stakeholders.
