Position Overview:
As an RPA Specialist at LEGACYHEALTH, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of RPA bots, identifying automation opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth functionality and performance of our automated systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Operations: Oversee the daily operations of RPA bots to ensure smooth functionality and performance.
  • Monitoring and Improvement: Monitor automated processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Issue Resolution: Promptly report and address issues or malfunctions to minimize downtime and maintain operational continuity.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand process requirements and develop appropriate automation solutions.
  • Opportunity Identification: Identify and prioritize automation opportunities, assessing their feasibility and potential impact.

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Previous experience in process automation and familiarity with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere) is a plus.
  • Ability to identify, prioritize, and implement automation opportunities with measurable benefits.
  • Familiarity with SQL, databases, and Excel.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Education: Higher Diploma (2nd Year) or bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
