📜 Junior Executive – Risk Management (Colombo 10)

🎯 The Profile (Key Responsibilities)

The Junior Executive will be responsible for a range of risk management activities, including:

  • Preparing workings for credit risk analysis, liquidity risk analysis, and capital risk analysis for BRRMC (Board Risk and Review Management Committee) as and when required.
  • Preparing watch lists at month-end and subsequently the status every weekend.
  • Identifying early warning signals based on the policy and share.
  • Analyzing the receivable moment of the lending portfolio.
  • Policy reviews.
  • Monitoring the CBSL guidelines on the financial sector.
  • Monitoring the requirements of the customer protection framework and related gazettes.
  • Following up with relevant HODs to fulfil the requirements according to the framework and gazette.

🧍 The Person (Qualifications and Skills)

Candidates should possess the following:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accounting / Management.
  • Fully or part qualified in ACA / CIMA.
  • A Diploma in Risk Management will be an added advantage.
  • At least 01 year experience in a financial institute will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of advanced Excel is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
