Job Responsibilities
- Ensure credit operations are conducted within established parameters for the Group, coordinating with respective teams as needed.
- Manage timely and accurate preparation of security documentation, data recording, workplace execution, and communication of infrastructure requirements.
- Conduct human verification of mass and outstanding transactions to ensure smooth processing.
- Uphold audit compliance by adhering to internal policies and guidelines.
- Review and process executive transactions, including time-force settlements, biographic transfer payments, Letter of Credit establishment, loan disbursement, and recovery.
- Maintain and update the Costability Manual and Critical Guidelines.
- Optimize resources to reduce costs and maintain waste balance.
- Collect customer-focused statements and other documents required for reviews.
- Prepare and monitor data for monthly performance reviews by Board members.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Banking Operations.
- Background in Banking/Finance is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and adaptability to new systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
