Key Roles:

• Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to attract potential candidates.
• Actively search for passive candidates who may not be actively looking for a job but possess the required skills and experience.
• Review resumes and applications to assess candidates’ qualifications and suitability for the position.
• Conduct initial phone screenings or interviews to evaluate candidates’ communication skills, experience, and fit for the role.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring that all parties are available and informed about the interview process.
• Provide logistical support for interviews, such as arranging meeting rooms, video conferencing, or travel arrangements if necessary.
• Cultivate relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources to expand the candidate pool.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, interview feedback, and hiring metrics using applicant tracking systems or databases.

Requirements:

• Full/part qualification in PQHRM or equivalent professional qualification in HRM or an undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognized institute/university.  
• 1-2 years’ experience in the HR field in an apparel industry would be an added advantage.
• Possess and exhibit a strong and genuine interest in working with people and constantly updating yourself about current HR functions.
• Age below 28.  
• Excellent communication skills and computer knowledge are prerequisites.
• Should pay attention to details and be excellent in data analyzing.
