Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned monthly recovery and collection targets.
- Conduct regular customer visits to collect outstanding payments.
- Locate and contact debtors to follow up on payment status.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Develop and implement strategies to recover outstanding payments.
Qualifications:
- Age between 18 to 45 years (both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply).
- Debt collection or customer handling experience is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Sinhala; knowledge of three languages is considered an added qualification.
- Candidates residing near Wattala are highly preferred.
- Salary: Minimum of Rs. 30,000 + incentives + commission.
