Key Responsibilities:
- Identify all subcontractors working on site and liaise with construction managers to track the scope of work and monitor progress.
- Receive interim procurement applications from subcontractors and conduct preliminary checks on these applications.
- Collaborate with the project quantity surveyor to perform site measurements and validate the work completed within the specified timeframe.
- Assist the project quantity surveyor in preparing interim payment certificates.
- Maintain and monitor comprehensive records of contracts and payments across the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the planning engineer to maintain the cost tracker and payment tracker.
- Manage and update site budget-related documents.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, ideally within construction billing or subcontractor management.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with various stakeholders on-site.
- Familiarity with contract management and interim payment certification processes.
