This advertisement is for the position of Quantity Surveyor at Grip Delmege (Pvt) Ltd.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs (Bills of Quantities), tenders, and cost breakdowns.
- Coordinate with procurement, finance, design, and engineering teams.
- Manage pre-costing, budget estimates, subcontractor rates, and price fluctuations.
- Handle IPCs (Interim Payment Certificates), variations, rate breakdowns, and subcontractor payments.
- Attend site visits and project review meetings to ensure accurate measurements and cost control.
Requirements
- 3 to 4 years of experience in the field.
- Experience in factory furniture pre/post costing and preparation of cutting plans is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, tender handling, and cost management.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating across multiple teams.
- Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
