Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quantity Surveyor to assist in the preparation of tender submissions, measurement of quantities, cost estimation, and project coordination. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of tender submissions.
• Responsible for the measurement of quantities and cost estimation.
• Liaise with suppliers and contractors to obtain proposals/quotations and carry out evaluations.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities and technical data in a timely manner.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
• Coordinate projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a related field.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Highly self-motivated with a good working attitude.
• Sound knowledge of AutoCad.
