We Are Hiring a Quality Assurance Lead!

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of overall testing experience, with at least 2+ years in a test lead capacity.
• Automation experience is required.
• Proficiency in QA Automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, JavaScript, and Python.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of QA engineers, including conducting performance reviews, setting goals, and facilitating skill development.
• Define and implement QA processes and best practices across the organization.
• Oversee the development and execution of all testing activities, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
• Collaborate closely with development and product/client teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of software releases.
• Analyze and report on the quality of software products, identifying areas for improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.
