We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Lead to join our team on a 6-month contract. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products and leading our QA team to success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of QA engineers, including conducting performance reviews, setting goals, and facilitating skill development.
  • Process Implementation: Define and implement QA processes and best practices across the organization to ensure high standards of quality.
  • Testing Oversight: Oversee the development and execution of all testing activities, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with development and product/client teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of software releases.
  • Quality Analysis: Analyze and report on the quality of software products, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring continuous enhancement of quality standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive the continuous improvement of QA processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • 6+ years of overall testing experience.
    • 2+ years of experience in a test lead capacity.
    • Automation experience is required.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in QA Automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright.
    • Strong programming skills in JavaScript and Python.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to drive process improvements and implement best practices.
