Job Description:
As a Quality Assurance Executive/Senior Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our quality management systems, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and assist in Quality Management (BRC, ISO 9001, ISO 22000) and ensure compliance with all relevant standards.
• Identify and address quality issues promptly to minimize impact on customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate on new product developments to ensure product robustness and implement best practices for defect prevention and continuous improvement.
• Manage and support customer-specific requirements, offering technical support for complex projects.
• Identify product quality issues and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Work with stakeholders to address and resolve quality issues efficiently.
• Conduct product and process audits to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Support in improving and maintaining the organization’s quality culture.

Applicant Profile:

• 5 years of proven experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar capacity in a food manufacturing environment.
• Degree/diploma in Quality, Food Science, Science, Agriculture, or equivalent professional qualification from a recognized university or professional institute.
• Sound knowledge and experience in quality management systems such as ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, SA8000, HACCP, FSSC 22000, BRC, and BSCI.
• Knowledge and experience in food safety management, environmental management, occupational health & safety, and social accountability.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and effective communication skills in English.

Salary:
120K-150K (Negotiable)
