Position Overview:
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Executive to join our team in Ekala. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and control, with experience in the metal packaging or food manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with QA methodologies and standards such as FSSC 22000, HACCP, BRC, and ISO.
  • Conduct quality control inspections and audits.
  • Utilize statistical process control techniques to monitor and improve product quality.
  • Identify and resolve quality-related issues through strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Physical Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar discipline from a recognized university.
  • Fair knowledge of QA methodologies and standards like FSSC 22000, HACCP, BRC, and ISO is an added advantage.
  • At least one year of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control.
  • Experience in the metal packaging industry, food manufacturing canning industry, or other canning product manufacturing is a definite advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and numerical skills.
