Project Manager (Remote)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive and organized Project Manager to lead and deliver software projects across a range of clients and domains. You’ll be working remotely with cross-functional teams, managing timelines, ensuring clear communication, and helping drive successful project outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic consulting environment and is comfortable managing multiple projects at once. Experience in payments or fintech is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

    •    Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple software projects

    •    Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align on scope, goals, and expectations

    •    Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports

    •    Identify and manage risks, blockers, and dependencies

    •    Ensure clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams

    •    Drive accountability and proactive problem-solving across the project team

    •    Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and progress reviews as needed

Requirements:

    •    Minimum 4 years of experience managing software projects

    •    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    •    Strong organization and time management skills

    •    Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously

    •    Experience working with Agile or hybrid delivery models

    •    Comfortable working independently and remotely

    •    Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Trello, ClickUp, or similar

Nice to Have:

    •    Experience in payments, fintech, or similar regulated environments

    •    Familiarity with API-driven products, SaaS platforms, or cloud-based systems
