The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Programme Manager/Lecturer in Psychology to join our Kandy branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging lectures and practical workshops, assessing student performance, and providing mentorship to students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging lectures and practical workshops on psychology subjects.
- Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, and examinations.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to students to enhance their learning experience.
- Advise and mentor students on academic and career-related matters.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and developments in the psychology industry.
- Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, courses, and industry networking.
Qualifications:
- A Master’s or Degree in Psychology, Psychology & Counselling from a recognized university.
- A minimum of two years of teaching experience in higher education.
- Industry experience in clinical psychology or related fields is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and industry partners.
