🎯 Who We Need:
Qualifications & Skills:
✅ Proven experience in manufacturing/production supervision (steel fabrication experience a plus).
✅ Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
✅ Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, or Six Sigma principles.
✅ Analytical mindset with problem-solving agility.
