Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve daily production targets consistently.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and quality standards (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 22000:2018, FSSC 2000:2018, HALAL certification, HACCP-GMP, SLS).
- Maintain accurate stock records and conduct 100% stock verification.
- Manage and maintain production-related documentation.
- Conduct sensory testing for new products and maintain records.
- Guide and supervise the production team to ensure efficiency and quality.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Nutrition, Food Technology, Biotechnology, Agri Food Technology, Agricultural Business, or Animal Science from a recognized university.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing facility.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Professional, goal-oriented, and innovative approach to work.
- Preferred age between 25–35 years.
