Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Executive / Assistant Production Manager to oversee our steel production process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in steel manufacturing, expertise in CNC laser machines, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire steel production process to ensure efficiency and high-quality output.
• Manage and optimize operations of CNC laser machines and other advanced manufacturing equipment.
• Implement new technological advancements to enhance production capabilities.
• Lead and mentor production teams to achieve operational and quality objectives.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to boost productivity, reduce waste, and enhance cost-efficiency.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and quality assurance teams to meet product and project requirements.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in steel manufacturing, especially in office furniture or security solutions.
• Expertise in CNC laser machines and advanced manufacturing technologies.
• Proven ability in leadership and team management within a production environment.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and process optimization is a distinct advantage.
