Bankhill Educare is a private Preschool, Daycare & Afterschool Care service provider located in Colombo 07, Battaramulla, Wattala, and Kadawatha.

We are looking for passionate and dedicated Preschool Teachers who love working with children and creating a fun, engaging, and stimulating learning environment.

If you have a strong love for teaching, a kind heart, and a commitment to helping children reach their full potential, we would love to hear from you!

Requirements:

✔️ Qualification in Early Childhood Education/Preschool/Montessori (Mandatory)
✔️ Excellent command of the English language (Spoken & Written)
✔️ Minimum 1 year of experience in childcare

Your Responsibilities:

✅ Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities following the Bankhill curriculum
✅ Maintain confidentiality regarding children’s records
✅ Build strong partnerships with families and children
✅ Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
✅ Be energetic and outgoing to create a fun learning environment
