We are currently looking for a young, dynamic, and result-oriented professional to join our Information Security Division as a Pre-Sales Engineer.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and develop tailored security solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise on security solutions including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), SIEM, encryption, identity & access management, and XDR.
  • Design and present compelling security solutions, conduct demos, and lead technical discussions with prospective clients.
  • Manage proof of concept (POC) engagements to demonstrate the effectiveness of proposed security solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest information security threats and solutions to guide clients effectively.
  • Act as a technical bridge between customers and internal teams to ensure solutions align with their security requirements.

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess

  • A Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in various Information Security solutions available in the market.
  • Pre-sales experience with strong skills in customer engagement, solution design, and technical presentations.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation abilities.
  • Certifications like CISSP or CISM are highly desirable.
  • Ability to work effectively with sales teams and influence client decisions.
