PMO Lead / Senior PMO Executive
✅ Ideal Candidate Should Have
- Possess a minimum of 5–6 years of experience in a PMO environment, with demonstrated leadership in project management.
- Have a strong understanding of project governance and lifecycle methodologies.
- Have experience in banking or financial services (an added advantage).
- Be an excellent communicator with strong leadership and analytical skills.
- Possess PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications (a definite advantage).
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Leading project governance, enforcing standards, and managing reporting processes.
- Mentoring and guiding junior PMO executives in tracking and coordinating projects.
- Monitoring project progress, risks, and issues across multiple portfolios.
- Preparing and presenting project dashboards and reports to senior management.
- Facilitating stakeholder communication and conducting project reviews.
