Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the high-net-worth client portfolio.
- Maximize revenue opportunities through cross-selling.
- Identify client needs and provide tailored financial solutions.
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Manage interactions with existing and potential clients.
Qualifications:
- At least 7 years of executive experience in the banking/finance field, with exposure to handling high-net-worth clients.
- A degree or full professional qualification acceptable to the Bank.
- A pleasing, confident, and outgoing personality.
- Strong communication skills in English.
Note: Applicants with less than 7 years of executive experience will be considered for the role of Assistant Relationship Managers.
