About Us:
Infoseek (Pvt) Ltd is the creator of MintHRM, a cloud-based Human Resource Management Solution serving corporate clients both locally and internationally. We are looking for talented PHP developers who are willing to learn Java to join our team and contribute to the development of our HRIS platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize PHP-based applications.
• Utilize the Yii Framework and REST APIs to enhance system functionality.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate UI with backend logic.
• Optimize database queries and enhance system performance (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects.
• Participate in an agile development environment (Scrum).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in PHP development.
• Proficiency in the Yii Framework (or Laravel, CodeIgniter with willingness to learn Yii).
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX is a plus.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or Kafka is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
