Job Description
Assist in performing body repair and maintenance work on Aircraft Ground Support Equipment (GSE), vehicles, and other equipment efficiently and effectively in a timely manner, either independently or as directed by the Supervisor/Engineer.
Job Accountabilities:
- Assist in installing and repairing side mirrors, windshield wipers, door winders, radiators, seats and relevant other vehicle body components in order to meet the factory condition.
- Assist in carrying out repairs of damaged or faulty parts by straightening, welding, machining or hand-making new metal parts and repairing vehicle/equipment bodies back in order to meet the factory condition.
- Use OXY, ARC, TIG and MIG welding, hand-fitting or machining process to replace or repair faulty parts.
- Maintain good housekeeping standards & work in a safe manner to avoid damaging equipment, tools, components, engines, accessories etc.
- Assist in carrying out disassembly/ repair/ assembly/ testing inspections of components in compliance with regularity standards and escalate them to the superior/Senior Technician / Technician where necessary.
- Verify vehicle/GSE serviceability by conducting test drives; Vehicle positioning, adjusting controls and systems to release equipment/vehicles on time.
Requirements
- 6 passes at GCE O/L with 4 Credits including a pass for English and full trade qualification which the duration should be more than 2 years (Panel Beater), and should possess a light/heavy vehicle driving license.
OR
- 6 passes at GCE O/L with 4 Credits including a pass for English and NVQ Level 4 certificate which the duration should be more than 2 years (Panel Beater), and should possess a light/heavy vehicle driving license.
The upper age limit should be 30 years as of 09th January 2026, which is the closing date.

Employment will be offered on fixed term contract.
