P&E Mechanic (Paint)

Job Description

Assist in performing painting and related maintenance work on Aircraft Ground Support Equipment (GSE), vehicles, and other equipment efficiently and effectively in a timely manner, either independently or as directed by the Supervisor/Engineer.

Job Accountabilities:

• Assist in carrying out painting of vehicles/equipment for regular maintenance in conforming to the company standards (colours).
• Maintain good housekeeping standards & work in a safe manner to avoid damaging equipment, tools, components, engines, accessories etc.
• Assist in carrying out disassembly/ repair/ assembly/ testing inspections of components in compliance with regularity standards and escalate them to the superiors where necessary.
• Ability to drive GSE and capable of positioning as per the requirement.

Requirements

• 6 passes at GCE O/L with 4 Credits including a pass for English and full trade qualification which the duration should be more than 2 years (Painter), and should possess a light/heavy vehicle driving license.

            OR

• 6 passes at GCE O/L with 4 Credits including a pass for English and NVQ Level 4 certificate which the duration should be more than 2 years (Painter), and should possess a light/heavy vehicle driving license.

The upper age limit should be 30 years as of 09th January 2026, which is the closing date.

Employment will be offered on fixed term contract.
