Educational Qualification: Diploma in Pattern Making / Grading or equivalent professional qualification
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity within the apparel industry

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong expertise in pattern drafting, grading, and tech pack development
Hands-on knowledge of knit and woven fabrics (including washed and dyed products)
Ability to interpret customer specifications and time & action (T&A) calendars
Risk assessment and sample room collaboration
Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills (buyer/brand interactions)
Teamwork and problem-solving abilities
