About Us:
We are a large-scale Aquaculture and Agriculture farm located in the Gampaha district. We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Aquaculture graduate to join our team as an Operations Manager. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the aquaculture and agriculture farm.
- Manage mud-pond inland edible fishery operations.
- Implement and monitor greenhouse farming practices.
- Ensure efficient and sustainable farm management.
- Train and supervise farm staff.
- Prepare for the role of Farm Manager through comprehensive grooming and development.
Requirements:
- Degree in Aquaculture with moderate knowledge in Agriculture.
- Reasonable experience in mud-pond inland edible fishery.
- Knowledge or exposure to greenhouse farming is an advantage.
- Preferably male, under 45 years of age.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a rural farm setting.
