📞 Job Opening: Portfolio Management Contact Centre

This is a recruitment advertisement from LOLC Finance PLC, a leading non-bank financial institution in Sri Lanka, seeking dedicated and goal-oriented individuals to join their Portfolio Management Contact Centre team in Wellawatta.

The role involves contacting customers with overdue payments, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely debt recovery while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.


💼 The Role (Key Responsibilities)

  • Help clients with their queries on Loans, and Financial Services.
  • Contact customers with overdue payments to recover outstanding debts.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about account status and payment options.
  • Resolve client problems or escalate them to the right team as and when needed.

✅ The Profile (Qualifications and Experience)

  • Successful completion of the G.C.E. A/L examination.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Sinhala / Tamil, and English.
  • Previous experience in Debt Collection, Recovery, or Customer Service will be an advantage.
