  • Oversee payment reconciliation, settlement processes, and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate API banking solutions seamlessly.
  • Develop and execute business-driven strategies to expand digital commerce offerings.
  • Conduct product testing, stakeholder workshops, and training sessions to promote new digital initiatives.
  • Analyze data trends to improve product performance and customer engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, agreements, and internal policies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital commerce, API banking, or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of payment systems and fintech solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
