Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals with a ‘can do’ attitude to join our Call Centre team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and maintaining service levels beyond expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enthusiastically attend to inbound and outbound calls.
  • Provide feedback for customer inquiries and ensure follow-up actions.
  • Attend to customer inquiries empathetically and help resolve issues.
  • Assist and continuously update customer information on the system.
  • Elevate and maintain the Arpico Insurance brand image.

Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of the G.C.E A/L examination.
  • Proficiency in Tamil is a mandatory requirement.
  • Experience in a call center is an added advantage.
  • Strong PR skills.
  • Ability to handle and work under pressure.

Remuneration:
