Merchandising Manager & Assistant Merchandiser

House of Fashions is a dynamic and innovative company in the apparel industry, committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service. We are currently seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join our team as Merchandising Manager and Assistant Merchandiser.
Position 1: Merchandising Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end order processes.
- Prepare cost breakdowns for MD’s approval.
- Communicate with internal and external teams to streamline workflow.
- Prepare daily delivery schedules to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Manage shop floor requests and stock management.
- Follow up on raw material orders to ensure production timelines are met.
- Coordinate and confirm raw material distributions to suppliers via the warehouse.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Good communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Computer literate.
- Willing to work extra hours when required.
Position 2: Assistant Merchandiser
Key Responsibilities:
- Be part of a merchandising team to follow up and ensure timely completion of all key activities to meet delivery dates.
- Execute and ensure all system-related tasks are completed.
- Create and distribute POs to internal departments and external suppliers.
- Address all production-related issues.
Key Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong customer relationship skills.
- Great team player.
