Position Overview:
We are looking for a Merchandiser with experience in bulk production to ensure smooth production flow and maintain quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a solid understanding of customer requirements and market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on new styles and provide necessary information to factory teams to ensure smooth production flow.
- Monitor production and coordinate fabric and garment testing to ensure quality standards are met.
- Order threads, packing items, and coordinate print embellishments.
- Perform any other duties within the job scope as requested by management.
Key Requirements:
- Degree or professional qualification in Business Management, Marketing, or CIM.
- Knowledge of tech packs and customer requirements.
- Understanding of market trends and customer quality expectations.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
