Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Merchandiser — Bulk to manage the Time and Action (T&A) plan for assigned orders. The ideal candidate will ensure the achievement of On-Time Delivery (OTD), Quality, Schedule Attainment, and Profitability objectives by coordinating effectively with cross-functional internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan bulk requirements for assigned orders, including handover from development and capacity booking.
  • Coordinate the effective execution of orders to achieve bulk OTD and Quality objectives.
  • Liaise with internal teams and customers regarding bulk requirements, including order progress updates, profitability actions, and documentation.
  • Ensure all activities align with customer expectations and company standards.
  • Monitor and manage the T&A plan to meet operational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant merchandising experience.
  • Strong knowledge of fabric, trims, and garments with various finishes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Effective time management and prioritization capabilities.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and take ownership of tasks.
  • Proactive, assertive, and forward-thinking approach.
  • Team player with a performance-oriented mindset.
