Role Overview
We are looking for a young, energetic, and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Merchandiser – Bulk. This role requires a passionate and talented individual with the ability to deliver results on time and perform under pressure. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, a hardworking attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. You will be responsible for supporting users in troubleshooting problems, identifying and correcting issues, and providing solutions to manufacturing locations.
Key Responsibilities
✔️ Effectively coordinate order execution within deadlines, ensuring delivery targets are met.
✔️ Manage the critical path, ensuring 100% customer coordination and on-time performance.
✔️ Collaborate with planning and development teams to forecast orders and book materials in advance.
✔️ Develop a deep understanding of processes and systems to provide solutions for manufacturing locations.
✔️ Manage customer accounts and oversee the entire process, from development to order confirmation and delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
✅ Degree/Diploma in Clothing Technology.
✅ 1-2 years of merchandising and bulk experience.
✅ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, especially macro functionality.
✅ Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
✅ Excellent negotiation & analytical skills.
