Position Overview:
We are seeking a Merchandiser – Bulk to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the Time and Action (T&A) plan for assigned orders, ensuring the achievement of On-Time Delivery (OTD), Quality, Schedule Attainment, and Profitability objectives in close coordination with cross-functional internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan bulk requirements for assigned orders, including handover from development and capacity booking.
- Coordinate the effective execution of orders to achieve bulk OTD and Quality objectives.
- Liaise with internal teams and customers regarding bulk requirements, including order progress updates, profitability actions, and documentation.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant merchandising experience.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
