✅ Ideal Candidate Requirements (You should ideally):
- Possess overall 10 years of experience with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on marketing experience including ATL, BTL, and Digital Marketing.
- Possess a degree in marketing or business administration / CIM (UK) fully or partially qualified.
- Possess good knowledge in creative conceptualizing, project management, critical thinking, and strategic thinking.
- Possess good personal skills, communications skills, project management, and resource management.
🌟 Key Responsibilities (You will be mainly responsible for):
- Developing annual marketing plan & GTM plans to drive business & marketing objectives of the assets portfolio of the bank.
- Managing DFCC’s assets portfolio branding effectively and ensuring timely execution.
- Coordinating with creative agencies and developing creative campaigns and materials.
- Liaising with PR, media, and digital marketing teams/agencies.
- Developing and supporting all marketing/promotional material related to asset products.
- Supporting the sustainability unit to implement the bank’s sustainability strategy.
- Managing budget & ROI for all marketing initiatives carried under assets products.
- Contributing towards operational activities of the marketing department and carrying out participation in staff/branch activities.
- Adhering to service level standards for on-time delivery of GTM activities.
