Key Responsibilities:

💰 Dealer Financing Leadership

  • Develop and manage floorplan financing, retail financing, and working capital programs
  • Negotiate competitive financing terms with dealers and financial partners
  • Monitor dealer creditworthiness and implement risk mitigation strategies

🤝 Strategic Relationship Management

  • Build strong partnerships with dealers, OEMs, and financial institutions
  • Provide expert financial guidance to optimize dealer performance
  • Resolve complex financing issues with innovative solutions

📊 Financial Oversight & Analysis

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of dealer financial statements and KPIs
  • Prepare executive-level reports and financial forecasts
  • Align financing strategies with supply chain efficiency goals

🛡️ Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure full compliance with CBSL regulations and bank policies
  • Implement robust internal controls for dealer financing operations
  • Proactively identify and mitigate portfolio risks

Ideal Candidate Profile:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration
✅ 5+ years in dealer finance/commercial lending (automotive/equipment sectors preferred)
✅ Expertise in:

  • Financial modeling & risk assessment
  • Floorplan financing structures
  • Supply chain finance dynamics
    ✅ MBA/Advanced degree (strong advantage)
    ✅ Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
