Job Role:

• Develop and enforce quality assurance standards and procedures to ensure products meet company and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise quality control teams and processes to monitor product quality and address any deviations from set standards.
• Provide training to staff on quality assurance practices, product handling, and ensuring quality compliance at all levels of operations.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure raw materials and products meet quality standards before entering the distribution chain.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on quality assurance performance, trends, and ongoing quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Agriculture, Bio Science, or Nutrition recognized by the U.G.C.
• One (01) year of post-qualifying service experience in a relevant subject area.

Age: 22 to 45 years.

Salary & Other Allowances: As per Government Circulars.

Nature of Appointment: Permanent with entitlement to EPF and ETF.

• Have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Possess strong leadership qualities and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrate good IT skills.
• Proven ability to lead and direct multi-disciplinary teams.

Requirements:

• Must be a citizen of Sri Lanka.
• Physically and mentally fit to perform job duties.
• Of excellent moral character.
