π Key Focus
The role is centered on managing and leading the Premier Client segment (high-net-worth and priority clients), focusing on delivering an exceptional and personalized service journey, and elevating the client experience through exclusive engagement and a concierge-level approach.
π― Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Lead and manage the Premier Client segment, acting as the primary relationship liaison for premier customers with high degree of responsiveness and care.
- Strategy & Planning: Drive and execute Premier Client engagement programs, loyalty events, and bespoke experiences.
- Data & Analytics: Utilize insights and analytics to identify opportunities for portfolio growth and service enhancement.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Digital, etc.) to enhance the premier client journey.
- Budget Management: Manage the experience enhancement budget effectively.

| Education | Bachelorβs Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field. OR Master’s or a professional qualification in marketing (e.g., CIM, SLIM) is a distinct advantage. |
| Experience | Minimum of 6 years’ experience in customer experience management, client relationship, or wealth management, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity. |
| Skills | Strong understanding of digital customer experience tools, CRM platforms and analytics. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills. |
| Personal | Self-driven, strategic, and capable of managing the full spectrum of the premier client journey independently. |
