Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Manager – Operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with experience in manufacturing operations. This role involves coordinating production planning, ensuring raw material availability, monitoring shipment schedules, and managing logistics to meet process efficiency and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
✔️ Oversee weekly planning meetings to ensure timely availability of accessories and raw materials.
✔️ Monitor raw material (RM) availability using RM stability reports and address deviations proactively.
✔️ Ensure printing and special requirements of orders are coordinated with relevant teams.
✔️ Track shipment schedules to ensure monthly sales targets are met while addressing any shipment deviations.
✔️ Manage factory information and SAP systems to maintain plant performance indicators accurately.
✔️ Supervise stores and inventory to enhance RM flow efficiency.
✔️ Work closely with business divisions, suppliers, and buyers to address RM quality issues.
✔️ Liaise with commercial and logistics stakeholders (e.g., banks, customs, institutions) to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
✅ Degree/Diploma in a relevant field.
✅ 4-5 years of related work experience, including manufacturing environment experience.
✅ Strong communication, analytical, and IT literacy skills.
