Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Manager – Industrial Engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an energetic team player with excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently to achieve tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply industrial engineering principles to optimize complex processes and systems in the garment industry.
- Maximize the effectiveness of the IE Department by monitoring and managing IE executives’ duties and responsibilities.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals and activities.
- Report to the IE General Manager and focus on achieving KPIs.
- Implement methods such as 4M+15 optimization, ECRS, and GSD to improve efficiency.
- Focus on style simplification, method improvement, and automation to reduce labor costs.
- Ensure skill development through planned trainings and maintain a skill matrix.
- Adhere to lean manufacturing principles and implement KAIZEN in the factory.
- Maintain audit requirements and ensure compliance with social compliance standards.
- Analyze data and provide accurate information for decision-making.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Textile, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar capacity.
- Knowledge in GSD and lean manufacturing.
- ICT literacy.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
