Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager – Industrial Engineering to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving production efficiency targets (e.g., SMV, SAH) for assigned lines and sections. You will play a critical role in ensuring on-time and accurate calculations, Yamazumi chart preparation, line balancing, and effective layout of machinery and manpower. Additionally, you will identify and implement improved methods for SMV reduction and higher efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in pre-production activities to achieve the targeted Production Start Date for assigned sections.
• Oversee day-to-day Industrial Engineering activities to ensure planned efficiency and productivity targets are met.
• Conduct accurate and on-time calculations, including SAH and efficiency, for each style.
• Prepare Yamazumi charts, balance lines, and optimize the layout of machinery and manpower.
• Identify and implement methods to reduce SMV and improve overall efficiency.
• Provide guidance and training to IE Officers and be accountable for their performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Industrial Engineering, Clothing Technology, or a related field.
• GSD License or proven experience working with the GSD system.
• 8+ years of industry experience in Industrial Engineering, with at least 5 years in a similar managerial capacity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
