Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute advanced learning and development frameworks aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead leadership development programs to build a strong pipeline of future leaders.
  • Oversee the design, delivery, and evaluation of impactful training programs across all levels.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify strategic training needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the organization.
  • Manage the Learning & Development budget and ensure optimal use of resources.
  • Oversee the KPI process of the company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Over 8 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Expertise in succession planning, competency mapping, and conducting employee satisfaction surveys.
  • Strong knowledge of strategic talent management, leadership development, and organizational learning.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
