Position: Manager – Human Resources
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational staffing needs.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment for various roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, setting clear goals and ensuring high performance.
- Utilize various sourcing channels to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Promote the company’s employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or full qualification in CQHRM (CIPM).
- 12+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and HR systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
