Manager – Finance Management Accountant

Salary Range: LKR 350,000 – 450,000
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Manager – Finance Management Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, with the ability to oversee and manage financial operations within a large organization or group of companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of management accounts.
- Consolidate and analyze financial statements and results.
- Manage all banking aspects, cash-flow management, and forecasting.
- Oversee accounts receivable and payable functions.
- Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Implement risk management strategies.
- Present financial information clearly to various stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Qualified with CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants). Part qualification in Chartered Accountancy (CA) is an added advantage.
- Extensive experience in financial management, preferably in a senior finance role within a large organization or group of companies.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
