About the Role:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Manager – Finance Management Accountant to join our team in Colombo. This role is ideal for a finance professional with a strong background in financial management and accounting, looking to take on a challenging and rewarding position within a large organization or group of companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of management accounts.
• Consolidate and analyze financial statements and results.
• Manage all banking aspects, cash-flow management, and forecasting.
• Oversee accounts receivable and payable functions.
• Provide financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ensure strong knowledge of accounting principles and risk management.
• Present financial information clearly to various stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Qualified with CIMA; part qualification in Chartered Accountancy is an added advantage.
• Extensive experience in financial management, preferably in a senior finance role within a large organization or group of companies.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Salary:

• LKR 350K to 450K
