About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager – Finance Management Accountant to join our team in Colombo. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, with expertise in accounting principles, financial analysis, budgeting, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage management accounts.
- Consolidate and analyze financial statements and results.
- Oversee banking aspects, cash-flow management, and forecasting.
- Manage Accounts Receivables and Payable functions.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Present financial information clearly to various stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Qualified with CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants).
- Part qualification in Chartered Accountancy is an added advantage.
- Extensive experience in financial management, preferably in a senior finance role within a large organization or group of companies.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting financial information to stakeholders.
Salary Range: LKR 350K to 450K
