Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the pricing function, ensuring structured pricing policies align with company strategy and market competitiveness.
- Develop, manage, and maintain pricing structures to support business objectives.
- Oversee product costing and margin analysis, ensuring profitability while maintaining competitive pricing.
- Conduct high-level competitive pricing analysis and drive strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Production teams to develop effective pricing policies and frameworks.
- Drive price optimization strategies, identifying opportunities to maximize revenue and market share.
- Manage and evaluate customer pricing agreements, contracts, and special discount requests.
- Lead the development and execution of pricing guidelines and governance frameworks.
- Provide insights and strategic recommendations to senior management based on data-driven analysis.
- Oversee and guide the pricing team, ensuring data accuracy and meaningful insights.
- Monitor market trends, price variations, and margin fluctuations, proactively addressing risks and opportunities.
Personal Profile:
- CIMA, ICASL, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of leadership experience in Pricing, Costing, or Commercial Analysis in the FMCG industry.
- Proven ability to develop and implement pricing strategies at a managerial level.
- Strong business acumen and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Advanced Excel proficiency and ERP system experience.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, export-oriented environment.
