Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee centralized payments and treasury functions across the hospital group, ensuring accuracy, internal control compliance, and timely service delivery.
- Manage day-to-day treasury operations, including cash management, forecasting, liquidity monitoring, and banking relationships to optimize cash flow strategies.
- Ensure proper maintenance, organization, and archiving of financial documents in alignment with regulatory requirements and internal audit standards.
- Manage the company’s debtor portfolio, ensuring timely collections and maintaining strong customer relationships to optimize cash flow.
- Oversee financial aspects of project management, ensuring strict financial controls and adherence to reporting standards.
- Handle all tax-related matters, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and timely filings.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified member of a professional accounting body with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or a related discipline.
- In-depth knowledge of internal controls, corporate taxation, up-to-date accounting standards, and experience with SAP.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of managerial experience in a mercantile environment, with at least 3 years of audit experience (preferred).
- Strong team management skills, with the ability to ensure process integrity and address procedural discrepancies.
