About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager/Assistant Manager – Treasury and Finance Services to oversee centralized payments, treasury functions, and financial operations within our hospital group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in treasury management, cash flow optimization, and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee centralized payments and treasury functions, ensuring accuracy, internal control compliance, and timely service delivery.
  • Manage day-to-day treasury operations, including cash management, forecasting, and liquidity monitoring.
  • Maintain and optimize banking relationships and cash flow strategies.
  • Ensure proper maintenance, organization, and archiving of financial documents in alignment with regulatory requirements and internal audit standards.
  • Manage the company’s debtor portfolio, ensuring timely collections and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Oversee financial aspects of project management, ensuring strict financial controls and adherence to reporting standards.
  • Handle all tax-related matters, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and timely filings.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified Member of a professional accounting body with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related discipline.
  • In-depth knowledge of internal controls, corporate taxation, up-to-date accounting standards, and experience with SAP.
  • 3-4 years of managerial experience in a mercantile environment, with at least 3 years of audit experience (preferred).
  • Strong team management skills, ensuring process integrity and the ability to identify and address procedural discrepancies.

Salary:

  • LKR 250K – 300K (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications).
